Inclusions

• One (1) demo kiosk at approximately 3m wide with two (2) stools
• Company logo on kiosk (no custom artwork)
• Wireless internet connection
• One (1) hardwired internet connection
• One (1) 5amps power strip
• One (1) lead retrieval device
• Three (3) one-hour meetings in private meeting room located in the AGL booth
• Fifteen (15) complimentary tickets to CES
• Five (5) tickets to the AGL Event Reception & Demo Showcase in the AGL booth on January 8

Exclusions

• Graphics: Only a logo is included with your kiosk.  No company graphics on the kiosk or freestanding signage will be allowed.
• Monitor: Not included with the kiosk but can be ordered at your own expense and mounted to the kiosk itself.
• Shipments: Shipping and material handling charges for all boxes, crates, skids, etc. must be handled by CES show decorator, Freeman, and paid for by your company.

The only way to receive a complimentary exhibitor badge is through AGL.

Each sponsorship level has a limited number of exhibitor badges available.  Please refer to your level below to see the number of badges and a form to pre-register them.   Within 7 days of completing the form, an email will be sent to the unique email addresses supplied, requesting you to complete registration with CES.  This must be completed to finalize your registration.

Be sure that any staff members needing access during setup and teardown times are registered for exhibitor badges.  A unique email address must be supplied for each person.

Advanced Warehouse
Freeman will accept crated, boxed, skidded materials starting Monday, November 11*.  Advanced freight to the warehouse is due by Thursday, December 26.

Shipment Tracking
Complete the Shipment Tracking Form so we can ensure your shipment is at the booth prior to your arrival for setup.

Material Handling
Material handling includes unloading exhibit material, storage, and delivery to booth.  It is charged in 100lbs. increments and always rounded up to the next 100lbs.

All sponsors are responsible for their own material handling charges and must work with directly on payment.

Crated: $65.80 per 100lbs.

Show Site
Crated: $50.05 per 100lbs.

Storage
Large boxes, crates, skids, etc. must be taken away during set-up by Freeman.  During the show, if you have a small box of giveaways/collateral, or personal belongings, there will be a small lockable storage space in the AGL booth.  Please help us to keep the booth floor clean by utilizing this space.

KIOSK SELECTIONS
Kiosk selection will be done by level and in the order that applications were submitted.  You will receive an email promoting your selection.  Each company will have 48 hours to respond with their top 3 space selections.  If a response is not received within that timeframe, we will move on to the next company.

ORDERS

Your company representative should have indicated on the Sponsor Confirmation Form if you have any of the following needs.  If this was not done, please contact us right away.

Lead Retreival
One (1) lead retrieval device is provided for each Platinum, Gold, and Silver level demo.  If you would like to order an additional lead retrieval device, or are a bronze sponsor and would like to order a device at your own cost, please complete the steps below:

Early Bird Deadline: November 1, 2019

CompuSystems, Inc. is the official registration and lead management vendor for exhibitors at CES. To capture and qualify leads on-site at CES, order your lead management tools via the following steps. 

1. Go to https://www.compusystems.com/events/esg-landing-page/. 
2. Click “Order Now” under the type of product you want.
3. Enter the Show Code “CES20” when prompted.
4. Enter and select the Company Name “Automotive Grade Linux.”
5. Add products to cart and checkout.
6. Supply your own credit card for payment.
7. Be sure to include your onsite contact name and company name with the order so it is clear which kiosk it should be delivered to in the AGL booth.

Monitor
Monitors may be added to your kiosk for an additional fee.

Platinum + Gold Kiosks: 60″ monitor
Silver + Bronze Kiosks: 32″ monitor

To order a montior, complete the Monitor Order Form.  For the Exhibiting Company Name, be sure to list AGL and your company name so it arrives in our booth and at your kiosk.  Additionally, please select for it to be delivered Sunday, January 5, 1:00pm – 5:00pm.

Counter Vent
If you would like to have a counter vent added to your kiosk, contact Erin Daly (Erin.Daly@freemanco.com).

The AGL booth includes a meeting room directly within the booth, that looks out into the rest of the booth to provide for easy referencing during meetings.

This meeting room is provided as a sponsorship deliverable for Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors, as listed below.

Media Reception

Reception will take place in the AGL booth.  Food & beverage will be provided for visiting media and demo staff*.

Evening Reception & Demo Showcase
Wednesday, January 8
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 pm

Reception will take place in the AGL booth.  Food & beverage to be provided for guests and demo staff*.

All guests must be badged CES attendees and must remain in the AGL booth.  If you have anyone you would like to have an invite sent to, please contact Emily Olin (eolin@linuxfoundation.org).

*Each demo company is provided with a limited number of tickets for each reception, as listed below.  On Tuesday, AGL staff will provide the demo contact with that number of AGL lanyards.  In order to participate in the food & beverage at the reception, staff will need to wear the AGL lanyards.  This will allow you to adjust who wears the lanyards to either reception, if different staff need to be at each event.  If you have any questions, please contact Deb Giles (dgiles@linuxfoundation.org).

AGL does not have a room block.  All demo participants and attendees are responsible for booking their own rooms.
